In addition, we hand deliver our USPS packages daily, directly to a major regional sorting facility that operates 24 hours a day, saving a full day or two of transit time. If there is a problem with one of our phones, just let us know within 14 days of the time you recieve it and we will gladly replace it for you. PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be authorized by Just Cellular’s Customer Support team. We cannot accept a return unless it was authorized. Phones are only Guaranteed to be activated with the carrier stated. Returns will be for replacement only. Refunds will only be given if a replacement is not available. Warranty All phones purchased through JustCellular are eligible to be protected bt a Squaretrade Warranty, which covers the phone for 2 years or more for a one time fee (NO DEDUCTBLE!) unlike warranty coverage plans through your carrier that will charge you a monthly fee and a $50 deductible on each claim.
